The Expressions of Interest for the Pastoral Lands Board have now closed.
The Pastoral Lands Board is a statutory authority established under Section 94 of the Land Adminstration Act 1997. The board's key functions are to provide advice to the Minister on policy relating to the pastoral industry and pastoral leases; and to administer pastoral leases.

The State Government is committed to increasing the representation of women appointed to Government boards and committees to 50%. Women are encouraged to submit expressions of interest to join the Pastoral Lands Board.
The OnBoardWA Register will be reviewed for suitable candidates and women and men interested in serving on the Pastoral Lands Board, as well as other Government boards and committees, are encouraged to register online at www.onboardwa.jobs.wa.gov.au

The Chairperson is the "lead" Member and uses their experience, skills and leadership abilities to effectively lead the Board and its governance processes, based on a good understanding of the public sector environment.
