Approval for use of the corridor for activities and works

Step 1

Before undertaking any works within the DBNGP corridor, contact Dial Before You Dig or call 1100.

Step 2

Prior to commencement of intended works within the DBNGP corridor, all parties must submit a written application for approval from the DBNGP Land Access Manager through the department. This is a requirement under Section 41 of the Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline Act 1997 .

All applicants are advised to submit an application form at the earliest possible stage to allow sufficient time for assessment from a technical, social, environmental and safety-hazard perspective. Approval will only be granted to the party responsible for the works. The approval process should take approximately two weeks.

The application should be forwarded to the Manager Infrastructure Corridors by either email, facsimile or post:

Email: infrastructure.corridors@lands.wa.gov.au

Fax: +61 8 6552 4417

Post:   The Manager Infrastructure Corridors, PO Box 1143, WEST PERTH WA 6872

If you have any questions that are not covered in the Land Use Guidelines, please call us on (08) 6552 4400 and ask for the Infrastructure Corridors team.
